Larderia Sanguinetti is an artisan company which produces Lardo di Colonnata PGI, pancetta and guanciale, in Colonnata, a village in the heart of the Apuan Alps. In 2014, the restoration works on our facility were concluded, this way we obtained the IT S8W0D CE marking that allows us to export in every country of the European Union.In our cutting-edge workshop, the strictest regulations in terms of food hygiene and safety are complied with, while continuing with passion the old processing method which has been passed over through centuries.
